Ingat malas nak cerita. Mungkin cerita ni common tapi aku rasa big impact pada aku sejak peristiwa hilang handphone kat Ikea tu.
Masa kehilangan handphone dekat Ikea tempoh hari, aku masih terasa ralat tentang satu peristiwa ni. Masa sampai Ikea, aku keluarkan duit dari ATM. Masa tengah beratur, ada seorang nenek Cina ni hulurkan pen nak jual. Katanya 'Nak beli nasi' ... masa tu aku tah kenapa antara nak beri and tanak beri wang... Lepas tu ada terdetik sekejap dalam hati, 'Jap lagi lepas cucuk ni lah beri sikit duit kat nenek tu' . Bila aku pusing, tengok seorang auntie Cina ni suruh nenek ni duduk kat meja makan sebab dia nak belikan makanan kat kedai sebelah mesin ATM tu.
Kalau bukak beg memang macam2 aku isi - coklat, yogurt, cereal bar, buah, vitagen, puding dll. Lepas tu sampai ofis aku susun2 la snack atas meja. Kebetulan haritu coklat aku bawak Zip perisa hazelnut. Tiba2 ada rakan sekerja tumpang guna telefon kat meja aku sambil tu dia cakap 'Eh macam sedap la coklat ni'. Kemudian tanpa malu dia tanya aku pula 'U nak ker?' . Sebab aku nak aku angguk kepala sambil buat kerja depan pc sebab terasa segan tanak bagi dia coklat tu. Alah bukannya coklat mahal ye dak? Selalu nya aku beri aje kalau orang meminta tapi nape tah masa tu tanak bagi.
Lepas tuh aku rasa menyesal sebab aku tak bagi dia. Aku cakap dalam hati 'Esok bawak dua lah'. Nak dijadikan cerita, aku lupa bawak dua. Aku masih bawa satu untuk aku. Tapi pagi ni aku nampak dia, aku tetiba terus beri tanpa berfikir sebab walhal aku bawak satu je 'Eh amik la ni. Arini i ada snack lain lagi'
Kemudian selang beberapa jam, rakan sekerja lain bawak coklat Twix and Bounty and bagi kat designer yang ada. Aku pun dapat dua-dua.
Harini aku beri sorang kawan satu coklat. Sorang kawan lagi beri aku dua coklat. Aku double happy.
Aku selalu fikir kenapa Abah selalu ada duit. Walhal seringkali abah kehilangan duit waktu bekerja, waktu shopping, waktu di luar negara, waktu solat....Abah bukan hilang seringgit dua malah pernah sampai beribu2... Tapi Abah selalu ada duit. Mungkin memang banyak duit atau Abah baik. Tapi aku silap.

Foot Spa
Went for foot spa at Green Paradise, Ampang Point after a wedding at Bukit Indah, Ampang. But my parent wanted to go to Tesco Ampang. My mom came into the spa to let me know and when she came in, the staff there asked me 'Your friend?'. Great. Last time they thought she's my sister and now she's my friend.
I am not really a big fan of spa, massage or pedi medi things but i always get myself a treat for those once a while. after or for certain2 events. My first time here when I was too busy with Hari Raya cookies and my heels cracked and dry due to lots of standing and walking in the kitchen. The second time was right before my wedding =) And the third which was early today. Perhaps as a little gift for myself before expecting someone new in my life =)
I would come again ... anyone interested can come here too. check out my previoust entry on this here.

House Project #18: Store Room #1 - Concept
Hah!
Jadi saya nak ikut theori. Bersesuaian dengan definition & function of the store room. I always thought that store room is my husband territory but who can stand this? With him not around, it is so hard to boss other people to go inside and find things for me. So i need to bring this proposal to him eventhough he said that this could have done later (biasalah perempuan kalau nak jam2 tu jugak dia nak buat).
But how do we start?
1. Generate idea through benchmark (internet/magazines). So here goes the practical things that we could do.
if you have a garden, a garden shed would be mostly practical. my dad finally bought this and it is very useful. but er.. not for us because i dont have garden *sedeh*
2. List down of stuffs that you want to put in store room (or already in there)
1) Izzal's tool box
2) Kitchen essentials (garbage plastic/dish cleaner/kitchen cleaner/dish scrub etc)
3) Tissues (toilet/face/napkin etc)
4) vacuum cleaner
5) Wedding gifts
6) Empty boxes (from stuffs like wii, macbook, kictchen appliances.. probably need to get rid of)
7) Izzal's sport bag
8) Izzal's dad old golf set
9) Cleaning stuffs
10) Izzal's Guitar
11) Old newspaper
12) Picnic Mat
13) Travel luggage
As far as i could think of, these are the items. Probably more IF i were able to dig out deeper inside.
So, next step is sketching. Imagine of where to put all this things in this tiny room and how will you put it. Imagine how you want it to be found/search for when you need it. which i will continue on next! =)

This Rocking Chair Rocks!
I felt in love with this. Especially with the leather cover. Hempuk jer bontot atas ni terus tak nak bangun. What spells that this thing put on me???? This is so mengkhayalkannn (mata kuyu)...
So just like my friend Lina, I will create thousand of excuses to get this chair. It is quite expensive for leather or else I can get it in fabric.

Part time maid
Yesterday (before the historic event of losing my phone #sigh), I called the part time maid to do some cleaning at my house. its been 2 months since Izzal left to UK and i havent got the energy to do extreme cleaning in the house with my condition now. Havent mop the house, havent clean the fan, the toilet... so when the brouchure of part time maid came in to my house a few weeks ago, i decided to give it a go. I am quite anxious because I am very particular at cleaning. especially around my house. even sometimes as good as Izzal being a helper, he still sometimes get specific instruction on how to clean the toilet or arranging stuffs around. *i really missed him being around doing house chores*
being a first timer, i actually dont know how to start. it easy to give intruction to izzal but to this maid.. i was like er... er .. er... kelu lidah i. but i guess she used to it enough to know what to do. i mean i forgot to tell her to clean the fan or mop the stairs but she did it herself.
i ni cepat pity tengok dia ulang alik angkat tangga naik ke atas tu..... when she asked 'kak mau di ubah karpet ni untuk di mop ke?' referring to living hall upstairs... i said 'erm tayah la. susah nk ubah karpet tu' ................. ????!
but all in all, good job. but excellent. but good.
if interested, can call Kak Aminah Abdullah 0169974692/0107984771
